Body and Mind relax Under my guidance through a certain kind of breathing, muscle relaxation and visualisation, most people drift into a pleasant hypnotic state while staying awake and yet drifting. A perfect state to unlearn certain habits. They can be:
concrete behaviors (smoking, overeating, nail biting etc.)
feared situations (based on catastrophizing, traumatic experiences, phobias etc.) that you learn to tolerate in a calm state
and automatic thoughts, which are unrealistic and hold you back.
You can download our recorded session and listen to it at home to deepen the learning.
What to expect You may feel light and floating or heavy. People respond differently. For some people, it's more natural while others have to work harder to relax mind and body. With repetition, anybody can learn this to a certain degree. Most of my clients experience, at the very least, a deeper relaxation and an increased sense of well-being.
