Whether it’s moving to the United States or any where in the world, moving is often very exciting and very stressful. It's navigating new ways of living and the old ways, the need to fit in and also to preserve one's own cultural identity, missing what's familiar and loving the difference, and negotiating judgement, tolerance, acceptance. In the end an exciting, enriching process, in which I can help. It's because you adapt new attitudes, make mindful decisions and on a deeper level understand better who you are and what you need.
As someone who has travelled extensively and made the move from one country to another, I know the difficulties and rewards. From my own experience and talking to many international clients, I've learnt how to help expats overcome these challenges through compassionate exploration and guidance.
