This promotes empathy and forgiveness towards yourself and others. Along with these tools, you'll discover the deeper roots of what sets you off.
According to your personality and issues, we may include special interventions, such as hypnosis, and art therapy, if appropriate. All this leads eventually to understanding and healing on a deeper level, conscious and unconscious change for the better.
